Sending flowers should feel simple, thoughtful and reassuring.

At My Florist Launceston, every arrangement is carefully created and prepared for delivery with the same attention we would give to a gift for someone we love. We deliver fresh flowers, plants and meaningful gifts throughout Launceston and surrounding areas.

Same-Day Flower Delivery

For same-day delivery, please place your order before:

Monday to Friday: 1.00 pm
Saturday: 10.30 am

Orders placed after these times will usually be delivered on the next available delivery day.

During busy periods, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, delivery availability may fill earlier than usual. Ordering ahead is recommended.

Hospital, Nursing Home and Funeral Deliveries

We regularly deliver flowers to hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes and chapels throughout the Launceston area.

When ordering, please include the recipient’s full name and any available ward, room or service details. This helps us make sure your flowers reach the right person as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to locations including:

• Launceston General Hospital

• Calvary St Vincent’s Hospital

• Calvary St Luke’s Hospital

• Local nursing homes and aged-care facilities

• Funeral homes and chapels throughout Launceston

Please check that the recipient is still admitted before placing a hospital order. ICU & Acute Medical Unit are unable to receive flowers

Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and will be shown during checkout.

Frequently Asked Delivery Questions

What happens if the recipient is not home?

When it is safe to do so, our courier may leave the flowers in a sheltered, shaded place protected from the weather.

When there is no suitable place to leave them, we may contact the recipient or the person who placed the order to arrange another option.

Please provide the recipient’s correct address and phone number when ordering.

Can I request a particular delivery time?

You are welcome to include a preferred delivery time in the order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate it. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed because courier routes may change throughout the day.

Business deliveries are generally prioritised during business hours, while residential deliveries may take place later in the day.

Will you contact the recipient before delivery?

Our courier may contact the recipient when necessary to confirm directions, access details or a safe place to leave the flowers.

We do not usually contact the recipient in advance unless it is needed, helping your thoughtful surprise remain a surprise.

Can I include a message with my flowers?

Yes. Your personal message will be carefully written on a complimentary card and included with your flowers.

Please remember to include your name in the message unless you would prefer the gift to remain anonymous.
